This price includes access to all four modules, as weekly sessions on Zoom, and support from me throughout the duration of the program. You will receive a weekly workbook that helps you engage with the information you learn each week. At Living Simply Kitchen we have a big focus on nutrition, so each week you will receive five whole foods recipes (for a total of 20 recipes overall) that will help you connect with each week’s modules. Plus, (there’s more!) you will be a member of a private Facebook community of like-minded people where I’ll be posting daily inspiration and be available to answer questions.

Q: Do I need any special equipment or materials for this program?
A: No special equipment is needed. However, we recommend having a good internet connection for accessing the course materials and joining the live sessions.
Q: What is the program schedule?
A: Live sessions will be held over Zoom on Sundays April 6, 13, 20, 27, with a wrap up on May 4. Sessions are at 7:00 p.m. central time. Can’t make it? No problem, live sessions are recorded and will be posted in our private Facebook community.
Q: What if I can't keep up with the program?
A: Don't worry, all our sessions will be recorded and you'll have access to the content even after the 30-day program ends. You can work through the materials at your own pace.
Q: How long do I have access to the program materials?
A: All workbooks and Zoom sessions will be posted to our private 30-Day Thrive Facebook community. The community will stay active until May 31, 2025 and you will have access to all materials until that date.
Q: What kind of support can I expect throughout the program?
A: In addition to the weekly Q&A sessions where you can get your questions answered, you'll be part of the 'Thrive' community, where you can connect with others, share your progress, and find support.
Q: I have dietary restrictions. Can I still participate in the program?
A: Absolutely. The nutritional aspect of our program is not about prescribing a specific diet, but rather teaching you how to make healthier food choices that suit your lifestyle and dietary needs. There is no set meal plan.
Q: Can I get a refund if I find that the program isn't right for me?
A: As this is an online program, we're not able to offer refunds.
Q: How much time do I need to commit each week?
A: We recommend setting aside 2-3 hours per week to go through the program materials and participate in the live sessions. Remember, all materials will be available in our private Facebook community until May 31, 2025, so you have time to review anything you miss along the way.
